Clean rooms, respectful staff, prompt service, good value for money, well-maintained hotel.

Good food and comfortable beds. The staff was also helpful. We were happy to find that the hotel was close to some popular tourist spots in the area.

The bathrooms were not very clean and there were no fresh towels provided during our stay. the hotel did not have any Christmas decorations or special events, which was a disappointment given the time of year.

The Victorian-era decor of the rooms gave a charming touch to our experience. The comfortable beds and clean linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from and accommodating staff who were willing to meet our taste preferences. Despite the limitations of activities due to the rainy season, the hotel provided a lovely evening program with live music and a campfire.

The hotel also provided a range of outdoor activities such as yoga, trekking, and star gazing, as well as live band performances throughout the day. We especially appreciated the fact that they served only vegetarian food, which was a huge plus for us. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience, as well as top-notch services.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was amazing! the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved the delicious food offered by the hotel's talented chefs, especially the local cuisine, which was simply outstanding. the hotel had beautiful gardens, full of rare flowers and trees, where we spent many happy moments with our family. the hotel also offered sightseeing and trekking tours that were great fun.

We had some problems with connectivity, but that was a minor issue, and everything else more than made up for it.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel facilities were great - we particularly enjoyed the outdoor activities such as yoga and trekking in the open garden area. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and we felt very comfortable. Although the hotel is away from the center of the town, transportation was easily available.
